Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Analytica, a leading global analysis and strategic advisory firm, and a columnist for Reuters, Nader Mousavizadeh is a highly regarded global thinker, known for his sharp insights into macro trends and challenges and how they impact corporations, investors, and countries at the intersection of economics, politics, and emerging risks.

Before joining Oxford Analytica in September of 2010, Mousavizadeh was founder and managing director of Archipelago Partners, a geostrategic advisory firm focused on providing advice to businesses and governments in emerging markets. Formerly an investment banker at Goldman Sachs – working in the Financial Industries M&A group in New York and then based in Europe with a number of global client relationships – he also has served at the United Nations, where he was Special Assistant to UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan and a UN Political Officer in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Named a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum, he is a Consulting Senior Fellow at the International Institute of Strategic Studies and a widely-published contributor of essays and articles on global affairs to The Financial Times, The New York Times, The Times of London, Newsweek, The New Republic, The BBC, Foreign Policy and other publications. 

A magna cum laude graduate of Harvard College and a Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford where he received his M.Phil. in International Relations from Christ Church College, Mousavizadeh received his MBA as a Sloan Fellow at the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
